I am in the Client Service Business and just happen to help my clients buy and sell homes.
Knowledge
As a Seattle native I know the city and its diverse neighborhoods intimately. I specialize in Seattle’s in-city neighborhoods. My office is located on Capitol Hill in the center of the city. I live conveniently close which enables me to keep abreast of the housing inventory in the city and the real time changing market activity.

Experience
I have been a full time agent since 1975. Over the years I have taken countless hours of continuing education including real estate agency law and other legal issues, ethics, finance, marketing, internet marketing and negotiating. I work exclusively with sellers and buyers of single family homes and small multi-family properties in all price ranges.
Results
Referrals from past clients, out of area agents, along with repeat business, accounts for over ninety per cent of my success. This means that I don’t do cold calling, mass mailings or other types of prospecting. Past clients send me new clients which frees me to spend all of my time working my current clients. This allows me to aggressively market homes for my sellers and work intensely with buyers to help them purchase their new homes.
